Certification and cover
Fixed contract sum
The contract sum is agreed before work starts. Additional cost arises only from changes you approve in writing, never from items missed during pricing.
Contractor’s All Risk to € 2.5M
Cover on the works, materials on site and damage to neighbouring property for the full duration of the project.
BRL 100 and F-gas certification
Heat pumps are installed by certified engineers. Without an F-gas certificate a sealed refrigerant circuit cannot legally be commissioned in the Netherlands.
NEN 1010 and InstallQ
Every electrical installation is handed over with an inspection report and a circuit schedule. That is the first document an insurer asks for after an incident.
Renovation fund documentation
Quotes are written in the format Dutch mortgage lenders accept, with a payment schedule per build phase, so claims against the bouwdepot are not rejected on formatting.
Warranty periods
Periods start on the date of formal handover.
